2. (§16.21) Neighborhood Assistance Program

The Neighborhood Assistance Act, §§ 32.100–32.125, RSMo 2016, provides support to DED-approved not-for-profit groups that provide:

· physical revitalization;

· economic development;

· job training or education;

· community services;

· crime prevention; or

· affordable housing assistance,
