B. (§16.19) Performance Based Contracting
In the case of TOCs, the statement of work for the basic contract needs only to define the scope of the overall contract. FAR 16.504(a)(4)(iii). “The statement of work for each task issued under a task order contract shall comply with paragraph (b) of this subsection.” FAR 37.602-1(a).
