A. (§16.17) Wild Animals or Abnormally Dangerous Domestic Animals
Strict liability can apply to those possessing wild animals under Restatement (Second) of Torts § 507 (1977), or to possessors of abnormally dangerous domestic animals under Restatement (Second) of Torts § 509.
