Some restrictive employment covenants prevent employees from soliciting former coworkers to leave their employer. In 2000, the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, held that an employer did not have enough of a protectable interest in the stability of its at-will work force to support the use of a restrictive employment covenant.
