Section 15 Manufacture of a Controlled Substance

Under the Revised Code, a person commits the offense of manufacture of a controlled substance by engaging in one of the following acts:
· Manufacturing, producing, or growing a controlled substance
· Attempting to manufacture, produce, or grow a controlled substance
· Possessing a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, produce, or grow any amount of a controlled substance
