In Gray v. Ward, 950 S.W.2d 232 (Mo. banc 1997), the plaintiff, Nicholas Gray, alleged that when he was about 14 years old, he went to the defendant, Father Thomas Ward, for confession and counseling. Ward then initiated a sexual relationship that lasted 10 years.
