2. (§15.5) Effect of Verdict

The verdict or findings of an advisory jury are not binding on the court. The court may adopt or reject the verdict or findings according to the court’s view of the facts. Owen v. Owen, 642 S.W.2d 410 (Mo. App. S.D. 1982); Staab v. Thoreson, 579 S.W.2d 414 (Mo. App. S.D. 1979); Fein v. Schwartz, 404 S.W.2d 210 (Mo. App. E.D. 1966).
