Order for Psychiatric Examination
The Court, having examined the motion for a psychiatric examination filed on behalf of the defendant, finds that a report concerning the defendant’s mental condition is necessary in this case.
Wherefore, it is ordered that the Director of the Jackson County Department of Corrections cause the defendant, _______________, to be delivered to [the Superintendent of State Hospital No. 1, Fulton, Missouri] [the Superintendent of Western Missouri Mental Health Center, Kansas City, Missouri] [the Superintendent of State Hospital No. 2, St. Joseph, Missouri] [name and address of private physician] as often as may be necessary for the completion of the examination and psychiatric report specified.
