C. (§15.41) Valuation Date

The relevant valuation date for property in divorce is the date of trial. In re Marriage of Gourley, 811 S.W.2d 13 (Mo. App. S.D. 1991); see also In re Marriage of Gustin, 861 S.W.2d 639 (Mo. App. W.D. 1993). The relevant valuation date for property in divorce on remand for retrial from the court of appeals is the date of the retrial. In re Marriage of Rickard, 818 S.W.2d 711 (Mo.
