D. (§15.32) Property Damage

Missouri courts have consistently held that the plaintiff in a strict products liability case may be entitled to recovery for damage to property other than the product sold. See:

· Crowder v. Vandendeale, 564 S.W.2d 879, 881 (Mo. banc 1978)

· Wilbur Waggoner Equip. & Excavating Co. v. Clark Equip. Co., 668 S.W.2d 601, 603 (Mo. App. E.D. 1984)

· Forrest v. Chrysler Corp., 632 S.W.2d 29, 31 (Mo. App. E.D. 1982)

· Gibson v. Reliable Chevrolet, Inc., 608 S.W.2d 471, 474–75 (Mo. App. S.D. 1980)
