F. (§15.22) Successors
When a fiduciary ceases to serve, whether by death, removal by court, or resignation (with the resignation being accepted by the court), it is necessary for the court to appoint a successor. Section 475.115, RSMo 2000. The process for appointment of a successor is the same as it is for initial proceedings. Id.
