C. (§15.19) Military Pensions

Military pensions are divisible, even when not fully vested. In Fairchild v. Fairchild, 747 S.W.2d 641 (Mo. App. W.D. 1988), the parties were married for 13 years. The husband had been in the service for 15 years and would become entitled to receive payments from his pension after 20 years’ service.
