A. (§15.17) Protective Arrangements
In accordance with § 475.092.1, RSMo Supp. 2008, the court can “authorize, direct or ratify any transaction necessary or desirable to achieve any security, service, or care arrangement meeting the foreseeable needs of the person.” The procedure for doing this is the same as for appointing a conservator.
