Conduct of the parties is frequently cited as the reason for a particular disposition of the marital property in the cases. The types of conduct to be considered are many and have included the following:

· Physical abuse and telephone harassment, Divine v. Divine, 752 S.W.2d 76 (Mo. App. S.D. 1988)
