Aerial photographs are excellent for familiarizing the jury with the overall property and the effect of the condemnation. There are excellent commercial sources for aerial photographs throughout Missouri. It is often possible to get an aerial for very little expense from sources that have already taken aerial photos, such as the following:

• The county assessor’s office in the county in which the land is located
