A. (§14.52) Evidence Supplied by a Party in Pretrial Discovery

Evidence establishing a party’s wealth can be obtained by pretrial discovery. Parties can be required to:

• state their “net worth”;

• prepare itemized statements and descriptions of all items making up that net worth;

• provide information relating to gross earnings and income; and

• produce income tax returns.
