This matter is before the Court on the Application for Approval of Settlement under § 537.080, RSMo, and said Application being presented and being duly advised in the premises, the Court does hereby make the following findings:

1. The deceased died on September 19, 1992.

2. Plaintiffs are the surviving natural children of the deceased.

3. There are no other persons entitled to make a claim for the death of the deceased or to share in the proceeds of settlement.

4. Plaintiffs have made claim against defendant Nursing Home for the death of the deceased.
