C. (§14.22) Filing of Case
When the case involves a private relator, the Attorney General or the prosecuting attorney controls the initial filing of the case, but after the case is filed, it is controlled by the relator, or at least the relator has an equal say in the matter and, by specific statutory provision, it cannot be dismissed without the relator’s consent.
