A. (§14.21) Criminal Conversation and Alienation of Spousal Affection

The Supreme Court of Missouri abolished the common law tort of criminal conversation in Thomas v. Siddiqui, 869 S.W.2d 740 (Mo. banc 1994). Recovery was formerly permitted under this theory against a defendant who had sexual intercourse with the plaintiff’s spouse.
