B. (§14.2) Definitions

The following definitions relating to conservatorships are contained in § 475.010, RSMo, as amended by H.B. 154, 95^th Gen. Assembly, 1^st Reg. Sess. (Mo. 2009, effective August 28, 2009):

(3) “Conservator”, one appointed by a court to have the care and custody of the estate of a minor or a disabled person. A “limited conservator” is one whose duties or powers are limited. The term “conservator”, as used in [Chapter 475, RSMo], includes “limited conservator” unless otherwise specified or apparent from the context;
