1. (§14.15) Petition

Rule 98.03 states that an action for quo warranto begins with the filing of a petition in the appropriate court. The petition and its attachments contain:

· a statement of the facts and the relief sought;

· a statement of the reasons why a preliminary order in quo warranto should be issued;

· suggestions in support; and

· exhibits (optional).
