E. (§14.15) Order of Court Naming Conservator

If the court finds that the respondent is able to manage the respondent’s financial resources, it must deny the petition. Section 475.075.9, RSMo 2000. But if the court finds that the respondent is unable to receive and evaluate information or to communicate decisions to the extent that the respondent is unable to manage some or all of the respondent’s financial resources, the court is to make and recite in its order detailed findings of fact stating:
