C. (§14.15) Injury or Death of an Unborn Child

In Missouri, parents have a cause of action for injury or wrongful death of a fetus, viable or nonviable. See O’Grady v. Brown, 654 S.W.2d 904 (Mo. banc 1983) (viable fetus); Connor v. Monkem Co., 898 S.W.2d 89 (Mo. banc 1995) (nonviable fetus).
