VIII. (§14.14) Judgment Entered on Verdict or Settlement
The court shall enter a judgment reflecting damages found by the trier of the facts, stating the total damages found or approved for settlement. Section 537.095.3, RSMo 2000. The court is required to apportion the damages awarded among those persons entitled to damages in proportion to the losses suffered by each as determined by the court. Id.
