1. (§14.10) Duty to Notify All Others
A prerequisite to suit or settlement is a diligent effort to notify all parties having a cause of action under § 537.080, RSMo 2000. Section 537.095.1, RSMo 2000. Any settlement approved without notice to all parties known to claim to be among the class entitled to bring an action for wrongful death is subject to being set aside. Snead ex rel. Snead v.
