Declaratory relief may resolve factual disputes between groups of directors and others interested in nonprofit corporations or associations. Potter v. Patee, 493 S.W.2d 58 (Mo. App. W.D. 1973).

Legitimacy and parentage are proper subjects for declaratory relief. State ex rel. Anonymous v. Murphy, 354 S.W.2d 42 (Mo. App. W.D. 1962); Keiser v. Wiedmer, 263 S.W.2d 63 (Mo. App. E.D. 1953).
