3. (§13.7) The Invitation
The word "invitation," as used in this context, is not an invitation in the popular sense but in the legal sense. Moss v. Nooter Corp., 344 S.W.2d 647, 652 (Mo. App. E.D. 1961). It is not enough for a plaintiff to prove that the plaintiff was on the premises with the permission or consent of the occupier.
