2. (§13.55) Duty to a Guest’s Visitors

Courts in Missouri have addressed the duty of an innkeeper to a person who is visiting a guest at the innkeeper’s establishment. In Milliken v. Trianon Hotel Co., 364 S.W.2d 71 (Mo.
