F. (§13.26) Insufficiency of Evidence

A grand jury, to return a true bill indictment, must hear some evidence. See State v. Grady, 84 Mo. 220 (1884), aff’g, 12 Mo. App. 361 (E.D. 1882); State v. Selle, 367 S.W.2d 522 (Mo. 1963); State v.
