T. (§13.22) Blackboard Argument

A blackboard as an aid to argument is permitted, but the difficulty of preserving matter so shown for review should generate caution in its use. Bone v. Gen. Motors Corp., 322 S.W.2d 916 (Mo. 1959); Bower v. Hog Builders, Inc., 461 S.W.2d 784 (Mo. 1970). In addition, neither blackboards nor other forms of visual display may be used with uninhibited freedom. Bone; Walkley v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 536 S.W.2d 169 (Mo. App. E.D. 1976).
