C. (§13.17) Prior Inconsistent Statements
The prior inconsistent statement of an expert witness, like that of any other witness, may be used in cross-examination. Prior inconsistent statements are substantive evidence and may be offered by either the party calling the witness or the party cross-examining. Rowe v. Farmers Ins.
