11. (§13.17) Costs of Proceedings

The costs of incapacity or disability proceedings are paid from the respondent’s estate if the respondent is found incapacitated or disabled; if the respondent’s estate is insufficient, costs are paid by the county. Section 475.085.1, RSMo 2000.
