9. (§13.15) Application of Least Restrictive Environment Principle
Section 475.075.10, RSMo 2000, commands the court, in determining the degree of supervision necessary, to apply the least restrictive environment principle as defined in § 475.010(11), RSMo, as amended by H.B. 154, 95th Gen. Assembly, 1st Reg. Sess. (Mo. 2009, effective August 28, 2009).
