3. (§13.12) Crimes on Public Streets

The courts have held consistently that a landowner is not liable to an invitee who is the victim of crime on the public streets, off the landowner’s premises. In Wofford v. Kennedy’s 2nd Street Co., 649 S.W.2d 912 (Mo.
