I. (§13.1) Scope of Chapter

This chapter discusses the:

adjudication process;

formulation of limited guardianships;

extent to which the civil rights of an individual are interdicted by adjudication;

preference statute on who to appoint as guardian;

duties and qualifications of the guardian of the person; and

procedures for annual review of the guardianship.
