Section 12 Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor Drugs

The Original Code contains two provisions criminalizing
the possession of certain methamphetamine precursor
drugs:
1. Under §195.246, it is a class D felony to possess
any methamphetamine precursor drug with the intent to manufacture amphetamine, methamphetamine, or any of their analogues.
2. Under §195.420, possession of a chemical proven
to be a precursor ingredient of methamphetamine
or amphetamine with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance or analogue is a class C felony.
