Bottom-line statistics consider the results of an employer’s overall selection process rather than a particular practice. Courts have typically rejected most bottom-line statistics regardless of whether used by the plaintiff or the defendant. See, e.g., Langlie v. Onan Corp., 192 F.3d 1137 (8^th Cir. 1999); Pulla v. Amoco Oil Co., 72 F.3d 648, 658 (8^th Cir. 1995).
