In custody proceedings involving allegations of abuse or neglect, counsel may want to enter into an agreement with opposing counsel that both parties will submit to a psychological evaluation. If the other party will not agree to this evaluation, counsel may request an order from the court requiring the parties to undergo a psychological evaluation under Rule 60.01.
