1. (§12.22) Nonjudicial Closing
In keeping with a spirit of limited judicial involvement with estate administration, the independent administration provisions provide for a closing that may occur without any court involvement. The procedure for a nonjudicial closing is as follows:
· Publication of the notice of filing of the statement of account or waiver by distributees must be made. Section 473.840.2, RSMo 2000.
