I. (§12.16) Scope and Application of Law
The MPCL applies to transfers to custodians for adult beneficiaries if the transfer expressly refers to the Missouri law and if, at the time of the transfer:
· the donor or transferor is a resident of Missouri;
· the beneficiary is a resident of Missouri;
· the custodian is a resident of Missouri; or
· the custodial property is situated in Missouri.
