6. (§12.15) County Financial Statement
The county commission of each second and third class county is to publish, before the first Monday in March of each year, a financial statement for the previous year. Section 50.800.1, RSMo 2016. The statement shall be published in a newspaper or, if no newspaper publishes in the county, by posting in ten public places in the county. Id.
