Section 12.14 Weight of Evidence

Cross-examination of an expert witness as to his knowledge or lack of knowledge may be considered by the jury in determining the weight to be given to his testimony.

The fact that an expert witness found a special benefit at the second trial of a matter, but not at the first, goes to the weight of his opinion, not its admissibility.
