K. (§12.14) Forms of Verdict

The forms of verdict are given to the jury to record its decision verdict by simply filling in the blanks in the manner required by the verdict. Care should be exercised in selecting the appropriate form of verdict for the case being submitted. For example, there is no form of verdict for property damage only.
