C. (§12.13) Motions to Modify

A party may want to pursue filing a motion to modify if official action has not been taken against the accused. In these cases, the party may still be concerned regarding the allegations of abuse or neglect against the alleged abuser and believe that the actions of the accused warrant a change in custody or visitation rights previously awarded.
