Those responsible for the administration of the estate of a Missouri decedent are legally responsible for the preservation and collection of all assets of the decedent having a situs in Missouri. Section 473.263, RSMo 2000. No difficulty is encountered in regard to real property and tangible personal property physically located in Missouri.
