C. (§11.7) Custodial Agency and Trust Agreements
Section 404.051.13, RSMo Supp. 2005, authorizes agreements between the transferor and custodian or custodial trustee. It does not limit the scope of subjects that may be dealt with in the contract. Specifically authorized are provisions respecting:
investment objectives; custodianship expenses; compensation; the manner of resignation; and who should be named successor custodian on resignation.
