C. (§11.5) Missouri Court of Appeals Transfers to the Supreme Court of Missouri
Many attorneys in Missouri file something called a “Motion for Rehearing or, in the Alternative, Application for Transfer to the Supreme Court.” But the two requests have different requirements.
