B. (§11.49) Missouri Sections Not in Uniform Transfers to Minors Act
Section 404.007(8), (10), (11), and (17), RSMo 2000, contains definitions for “[d]onor,” “[g]uardian,” “[i]ncapacitated person,” and “[p]roperty.” The definition of “[b]enefit plan” is expanded.
Section 404.018, RSMo 2000, states that a person who holds property as a custodian assumes the obligation to administer in accordance with the law.
