G. (§11.45) Exoneration
Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Supplemental Rule F(2) of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions, a party seeking to limit its liability may also petition the court for complete exoneration from liability.
