F. (§11.37) Transfer to Out-of-State Custodian

If the minor and the minor’s parents move to another state, it might not be convenient for a nonprofessional custodian to continue to administer the custodial estate. In that event, the custodian may resign and designate a person in the other state as successor custodian.
